Who we are

Works On My Org (worksonmyorg.com) is operated by EDW Ventures LLC. In this policy, “we” means EDW Ventures LLC.

The contact form

If you send a message, we receive and store what you entered: your name, your email address, your company if you gave one, the topic you chose, your message, and which page of this site the form was on. We use it to reply to you and to deal with what you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it.

Not stored: your IP address, your browser’s user agent, where you came from, or any identifier of any kind. Your IP address is used briefly to stop the form being flooded, and is never written down.

Messages go to a service EDW Ventures runs on Cloudflare, not to a third-party form provider. Please do not send passwords, org URLs, tenant IDs or customer records through the form. If you ask us to delete a message, we will.

Cookies and storage

We set no cookies and store nothing in your browser: no local storage, no session storage, nothing that persists after you close the tab. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count which pages are visited. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and cannot follow you to other websites. It records the kind of thing a web server sees anyway: that a page loaded, roughly where from, and how quickly. It never sees what you type into the contact form.

Third parties

None beyond the two above. No advertising, no trackers, no embedded widgets, no social buttons, and no fonts loaded from anyone else’s server. The site is configured to refuse connections to other domains, so a third-party script could not run here even if one were added by mistake.

Our host

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, its servers necessarily see the technical details of a request (your IP address, browser user agent and the page requested) in order to deliver it and protect the site from abuse. That is handled under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Products and services

Each product page states whether that product sends any data outside your tenant or device, and which endpoints it uses. Where a product needs its own privacy terms, they are published with it. Information you share with us during a services engagement is governed by that engagement’s written agreement, not by this page.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
