Plugin steps, images, filtering attributes and execution order are where a lot of “it worked yesterday” starts. We register them deliberately, and write down why each one exists.
Before you write
What helps us help.
- The symptom, and where it happens (and where it does not).
- What changed recently: a solution import, a flow, a release wave, a new integration.
- Error text, with any customer data removed.
Please leave out passwords, org URLs, tenant IDs and customer records. If we need access, we will agree a safer way to share it.
Production issue? Naturally, DEV is fine.
